Seribu Islands is ready to welcome Asian Games XVIII torch.
After Asian Games is brought along to travel several regions in Indonesia, on 17 August, 2018 it is scheduled to be brought to Seribu Islands in coincidence with Indonesia 73rd Independence Day celebration.
Regional Heads Expected to Be Active to Enliven Asian Games Torch RelaySeribu Islands Vice Regent, Ismer Harahap stated, his side coordinates with stakeholders in receiving Asian Games torch. According to plan, it will be handed over in Ancol and taken to Pramuka Island.
"When arriving at Pramuka Island, it will be handed over to regent and brought around the islands," he explained, Thursday (7/26).
He explained, Asian Games torch relay is done on Seribu Islands to prove that Seribu Islands is a safe and comfort place. Thus, worth to be visited by domestic and foreign tourists.
"After torch is brought around Pramuka Island, it will be taken to Monas and ended in National Palace," he informed.
